So I decided to Wwoof in hawaii. Imagine being a vegan, let along an HCLF vegan and traveling-it ain’t easy! Wwoofing is such a great concept. Basically you work on an organic local farm for any given amount of time (I’m wwoofing for a month but I know others who have done it for 2-3 years). So being a vegan and doing it makes it a little tougher, you just have to always be aware how much food you have and how to get more. Being 811 in Hawaii is pretty easy though, the fruit is mostly local (if you know where to go) and very ripe and full of sweet sugar.
