Hawaiian Chili Pepper Water

I found this recipe here: pidgintalk.com 3 16 oz water bottles 45 Hawaiian chili peppers 6 cloves of garlic 1 TBSP + 1 TSP Hawaiian salt 2 TBSP Mirin Pour the water into a pot and bring to a boil. In the meantime, chop and dice the chili peppers and garlic cloves. I use a mini food processor that makes it easier. When the water comes to a boil, add the chili pepper, garlic, salt and mirin. Reduce to a low simmer for 15 minutes. Let cool. Once cool, pour the chili pepper water back into the bottles. Make sure it’s absolutely cool, otherwise the bottles will warp from the heat.
