Class instructions focus on using your body to allow the movements of your limbs to be co-ordinated and smooth. Learn how to do the Tai Chi Walk with proper alignment of your hips and feet. Instructions are also given for Single Whip and Cloud Hands, placing emphasis on proper alignment, shifting of weight and sinking your chest.
