2010 Hawaii Ironman, Cindi Bannink TIMEX
More triathlon content on www.daveerickson360.com Cindi finished her 2nd Hawaii Ironman in Kona last week in 10:13:38. She swam the 2.4 mile course in 1 hour and 3 seconds, biked 112 miles in 5:37:19 and did her marathon in 3:29:16. In 2009, she finished in 11:11:37. She was more than 30 minutes faster on the run this year. A HUGE improvement. Great job, Cindi!

Snorkeling with Black Trigger Fish
Snorkeling with Black Trigger Fish (Melichthys niger) in Kealakekua Bay on the Big Island of Hawaii, the site of the Captain Cook monument. The ones beneath me would turn up on their sides to look up at the kook with the camera. We went with Fair Wind cruises, really nice outfit. If I ever get back there, I’d like to try there night snorkeling with the manta rays. Recorded on September 14, 2010 using a Flip Video camcorder.
