Renovations
Significant construction in progress! The North Tower
renovation has been completed, with all guests saying
in that tower. The South Tower rooms are expected to be
completely renovated in early fall. The new serenity swimming
pool is scheduled to be completed October 2006, with renovation
on the existing pool scheduled to begin November 1, 2006,
hoping to complete by January 2007. Other renovations
include a new Ballroom, Porte Cochere upgrades and restaurant
renovations, most phases with very little noise or moderate.

Notice:
The Waikola Beach Marriott will become a nonsmoking hotel
beginning in September 2006 with the full policy taking
effect October 16, 2006. The nonsmoking policy includes
all guest rooms, restaurants, lounges, meeting rooms,
public space and associate work areas. The resort will
offer special designated smoking areas outside the building
to accommodate the needs of their guests who smoke.
