The 3-Star ResortQuest at the
Waikiki Banyan is one of Waikiki's most kid-friendly,
family oriented condos on Oahu. Just one block from famed Waikiki Beach and two from the Honolulu
Zoo and Kapiolani Park, this is a
perfect place to enjoy a great, active vacation with your
family in Hawaii.
The air conditioned one bedroom suites accommodate up
to 5 people with an average size of 535 sq. ft. All the
suites feature private lanais, island d�cor, a separate
bedroom with all units having a queen sofa bed, dining
set or breakfast bar and full kitchens including a four-burner
stove, microwave, full refrigerator, dishes and utensils.
Amenities include Cable TV, high speed internet access,
dataport, hair dryer, in-room safe (fee), coffee/tea
maker, clock radio, iron/board, complimentary toiletries,
voice mail, shower/tub combination and both smoking and
nonsmoking rooms. Children 17 years and younger stay free
(in the same room as parents using existing bedding) and
children 12 years and younger receive free meals, admissions
and gifts when accompanied by a paying adult.
There are no restaurants on site, but you are just a block
away from Kalakaua Avenue, the main street of Waikiki and where
many restaurants are, from fast food, to noodle shops
to such great places as Tiki's
Grill & Bar, Duke's (both with nightly entertainment),
Cheeseburger in Paradise and the ever popular Cheesecake
Factory.
One of the best recreation decks in Waikiki
is open late, perfect for enjoying a dip in the heated
swimming pool after sightseeing, or even get
in a game of complimentary tennis. There are spa tubs,
a sauna, tennis/basketball court, putting area, picnic
tables and barbeque grills (fee) and a children's playground.
The hotel has recently opened their new pool bar, The
Sand Bar with Happy Hour every day and television for
sporting events.
There is a Sundry Store on site for any forgotten items,
children 12 and under receive a child's toy upon arrival
and there is even a Children's Library with books, games
and special Hawaiian books. Free newspapers are available
in the lobby, as well as a guest activities desk, laundry
facilities and parking (fee).
