Colorful Sun’s Ray – Our Sun sends us love and light!
I took a movie of Sun’s beautiful light which changes constantly. I call these colorful light “cosmotron”. Our sun always send dominant light with love and compassion. Wee see it on our planet as rainbow or sometime like these beautiful rays. We must thank our Sun for it’s unconditional love as all life depends on the Sun. This movie was taken by Aki’Ra on 7/12/2010 in Kula, Maui, Hawaii. I used just a normal digital camera with 10Mpix. No filters are used.

Canon 5D Mark 3 Low Light Exploration 12800 ISO – “Seattle” by Any Given Chance
I rented the Canon 5D Mark 3 to determine if upgrading (from the Mark 2) is a wise investment. I called upon a Director friend, Sam Campos, and said we need to film something at night to test the low light capabilities of the Mark 3. Sam invited a musician friend Zack Manzano, lead singer to the Hawaii based band Any Given Chance, and Reiko Pualani Campos to embark into filming a music video for our low light exploration. The result is the first cut to the music video “Seattle” by Any Given Chance. NOTE: In the beginning of the video where the talent is near the green and white motorcycle the scene was not lit and I used a 12800 ISO setting. To give you a look at what the scene looked like I took a photo with a iPhone 4S and uploaded it to the photo section here in the description. Also the last shot of the airplane flying in the end was also filmed at 12800 ISO and the detail you could see of the plane, plus you could even see diamond head in the distance. Sam and I both said that we could not see see diamond head with our own eyes at the time of the filming. Do not watch this video unless you want to know how the movie ends! NASA discovers an extrasolar planet with conditions similar to Earth and transmits a powerful signal from a communications array in Hawaii. Meanwhile slacker Alex Hopper gets arrested while attempting to impress Samantha Shane, daughter of United States Pacific Fleet commander Admiral Terrance Shane. Stone Hopper, Alex’s older brother and a Commander under Terrance, is infuriated at Alex’s lack of motivation and forces Alex to join him in the United States Navy. By 2012, Alex is a lieutenant aboard the Arleigh Burke class destroyer USS John Paul Jones, while Stone is the commanding officer of USS Sampson. Alex is in a relationship with Samantha and due to disciplianry problems is in danger of being discharged from the navy. Their ships, along with others from around the world, are taking part in RIMPAC naval exercises in Hawaii. During the training exercise five alien spacecraft arrive in response to the NASA signal. Their communications ship crashes in Hong Kong due to an impact with a satellite along the way, while four others land in the water near Hawaii. Sampson, John Paul Jones, and the JMSDF Kongo class destroyer Myōkō investigate, but are trapped when one of the ships erects a force field around the Hawaiian islands.
