Since all villas are privately owned, the décor in each unit is different and the floor plans range from townhouses or loft-style, to one level units.

The Ocean Front Bay Villas complex sits on a bluff overlooking Oneloa Bay. It includes three swimming pools with barbeque areas, two private tennis courts, and is just a short stroll from beautiful Kapalua Bay Beach.
The Ridge Villas are on a high ridge overlooking the bay, featuring stunning views of the Pacific, with two recreational areas with swimming pools and barbeque areas.
The Golf Villa complex was built with the golfer in mind. It features magnificent views of The Bay Golf Course. There are four recreational areas in the complex with swimming pools and barbeque areas.
The Kapalua Villas offers door-to-door shuttle service between the hotels, beaches, shops, and restaurants. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling and other activities with an on-site full service concierge and activity desk.
There are wonderful restaurants in the Kapalua area including Jameson's Grill & Bar, Sansei Seafood Restaurant and Sushi Bar and the Plantation House Restaurant.
