Major Modifier Video Project – “You Silly Goose”
Honolulu, Hawaii (McKinley High School – Class of 2002) Mr. Gary Larsen, Social Study Teacher @ McKinley High School assigned all of us to create a entertaining short film about anything we wanted. The project was called a “Major Modifier”. The Major Modifier accounted for 90% of our Social Studies grade for the entire school year. We were asked to create a group consisting of 5 of our fellow classmates. Since we were all friends, it was easy for us to create a group… – David Easterling (Me) – Camera Guy, Script – Thang Nguyen – “Vietnamese Boi” – Ryan Motoyama – “FABulous Hawaiian” – Michael Salvation – “FOB Filipino” – Lei Ann (Unfortunately choose not to participate, & didn’t pass) Video Requirements – Must be EXACTLY 6 mins in length, including intro page and credits. Video will be watched & reviewed by all 6 of Mr. Larsen classes, voting will be done among the students. Most entertaining video rated in the overall top 4 will recieve an A, rated between top 5-8 a B, and so on…. This video took 1st place in all the classes combined. Sure the acting sucked, and the video quality was crap (Hey, this was filmed before digital cameras and YouTube), but we had ALOT of fun making it, and it made ALOT of people laugh. I recently found this video in storage, and desided to post it up for the world to see. I hope to enjoy!!! Mahalo!!! Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series 2010 – Story Clip Hawaii
The Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series 2010 is back in the sport’s birthplace ‘Mana’ and ‘pono’, power and balance — these old Hawaiian principles were crucial when lele kawa, diving off cliffs, was born on the islands in the midst of the Pacific back in the 18th century. They are principles that have been upheld and are today prerequisites for the sport of high diving. It was from a rock made of lava that the last independent chief of Maui, King Kahekili, jumped in the late 1700s. The site of Kahekili’s Leap has ever since then been regarded as the birthplace of the majestic sport of cliff diving.
McKinley High, McKinley Lie
Presidents day 2010 at McKinley High School where a statue stands as a revered monument to the Man that ushered in the “Treaty of Annexation” for Hawaii to become part of the United States of America. Only one problem: the treaty only exists in the hands of the statue. Apparently there was no “Treaty of Annexation” — Ever. The statue actually stands for a lie perpetuated by the Department of Education and the Fake State of Hawaii.

100% Raw Vegan, Unvaccinated Toddler Named Aya :)
Here’s a small clip featuring a 100% raw vegan (since birth), unvaccinated 2 year old girl named Aya who does not consume fluoride, wears organic clothing, has absolutely no deficiencies (blood work was done and everything is perfect), has never gotten a cold, and I could go on. Wow, everyone at the meet-up (where this was filmed) was amazed by this girl!!! Her two wonderful, intelligent, conscious parents are Chris and Danielle. Chris is the guy you see at the beginning. He has been 100% raw vegan for something like 8 years now and is in amazing shape- pretty built with fantastic muscle tone. Raw fitness all the way! 🙂 This footage was taken back in June 2011 at the first raw food/ vegetarian potluck meet-up Felipe and I held at High Park, Toronto, Canada. About 26 people showed up and the energy was just buzzing with high vibes!!! Most of us were meeting for the first time, but it felt like we had known each other for years! I love that feeling! And it was so cute near the end as everyone was leaving, Aya gave every single person 2 hugs each. 😀 I know that when Felipe and I start creating our retreats in Hawaii, we’ll attract the same amazing people and vibe!
