Surfer rides World Record 78 foot wave

Garrett McNamara breaks the world record for the largest wave ever surfed. The Guinness Book of World Records has confirmed the record saying it was officially 78 feet, setting the record for largest wave ever surfer by about 1 foot. McNamara, a 44-year-old Hawaii pro surfer caught the wave off the coast of Nazaré Portugal in November 2011.
