XLVI Faces: Donna Gordon-Hearn, Super Scarves

Hoosier turned world-traveler, Donna Gordon-Hearn grew up in Warsaw, Indiana. Donna and her husband traveled and lived in Worcester, Massachusetts, St. Louis, Missouri, Honolulu, Hawaii, Agana, Guam, San Francisco, California, Indianapolis, Indiana and Boynton Beach, Florida. Donna’s husband Bob worked for 25 years at Indianapolis Power & Light Company before retiring. After he passed away in 2000, Donna returned to Indiana, settling in Ft. Wayne, near her daughter and grandchildren. Donna’s handiwork will be keeping Super Bowl volunteers warm during the Super Bowl in Indianapolis. Donna knit 150 of the more than 13000 scarves that will be handed out to the more than 8000 volunteers and front line hospitality workers.
