Filmed on Dec 30th Movement session, range of motion and stretches… A combination of random movement. I do not practice capoeira, I implement some of its movement and drills for stretching and limber the body. I enjoy to flow with it as my body flows… Also an achievement. After not doing aerial for years I got back it towards the end of the session.
